Kakuna Ko Myo “Cocoon of Enlightenment”
Imagine yourself in a light cocoon of essential oils and healing energy. This blissful relaxation massage combines techniques in Swedish, Esalen, Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Reflexology, and more! A wonderful session from head to toe that leaves the body relaxed and rejuvenated. Complete with hot towels, aromatherapy compresses and Tibetan Singing Bowls. You will emerge from this cocoon like a butterfly; healthy, clear and feeling the joys of just being.

“Li” Temple Reflexology
This holistic session is great for relieving stress, tension and tiredness. We will walk the reflex zones to break down deposits and apply lymphatic techniques to reduce toxins. A relaxing session complete with calf work and a massage with 100% therapeutic essential oils. Complete with "Li" (fire) a hot towel compress, hotstone therapy and a spearmint creme to sooth and ground your energies.

Heaven and Earth
This combination of “Kakuna Massage” and “Li Temple Reflexology” will definitely restore your sense of well-being. A healing session that begins at the face with a hot towel compress of essential oils designed to cleanse your pores. The healing sessions includes a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage. I complete this relaxing session with a calf, foot massage and light Reflexology. A very grounding session designed to reduce stress and tension.

Reiki for the “Healing Buddha”
We take a fresh and modern approach to an ancient healing modality that involves Universal Energy. This unique experience is unlike traditional treatments. We begin our session with hot towel compress of essential oils and a light head & neck massage.
Light body stretching is applied along with some acupressure to the Crown Chakra Points. Crystals and Color Therapy complete this session all in a backdrop of meditative music and Tibetan Singing Bowls.

Stress Relief Massage
A therapy session designed to reduce stress and tensions in the body for clients with limited time. The 1/2 hour session incorporates a variety of methods: Myofascial release, Acupressure, facial Lymph drainage (for headaches and Migraines), relaxation & deep tissue techniques.

Reflexology
By walking these reflex zones we are able to clear energy blockages and flush out toxins in the body by accessing pressure points in the feet and hands. Visual cues allow us to identify where the stress, tension and toxins are holding due to emotional & physical conditions. This therapeutic touch allows for better circulation, energizes and balances specific organs.

Reiki
Reiki stands for “Universal Life Energy,” a natural healing modality that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki energy can be felt as a wave of coolness and warmth, which is soothing, penetrating, and a powerful force for healing, opening, balancing, soothing and clearing. In order to channel the Reiki Energy through to the client, the energy field must be opened and attuned to that frequency by a Reiki Master. “It is the awareness that dis-ease; is not separate from the body; it is the body out of balance.” An excellent compliment to any Massage and Reflexology treatment!

Intuitive Tarot Readings
Do you want to know what the Universe has in-store fro you? Do you have questions that need answering? Readings can often be very helpful in helping you go through transitions and difficult situations in life. This ancient form of energy reading offers wonderful insight and knowledge to help guide you through your situation by accessing the subtle energies that you have transferred onto the deck of cards. Readings are often a nice compliment to any massage or holistic treatment because your energies channels are cleaner which makes the reader able to identify “static and clutter” from the session.

Chair Massage
If you need a quick pick-me-up without the muss or fuss of disrobing or oils, then a chair massage is for you! Sitting in a comfortable massage chair, the high-tension areas of neck, back and shoulders are addressed and you'll soon feel the tension melt away! Great for a lunch break treat! (Must be pre-booked in advance)

Ear Candling
Ear candling is a gentle treatment, which helps to remove earwax buildup and debris. It is done with hollow beeswax candles placed in the ear. The far end is lit with a flame and the vacuum created in the hollow tube draws up impurities. Not to be performed on draining eardrums, PE tubes, recent ear or sinus surgery.
